Treatment and prevention of infectious conditions, mainly infectious
respiratory processes. Bromhexine is a mucolytic and expectorant agent
that helps to eliminate the tracheobronchial secretion. Is recommended
for treatment of respiratory infections associated with microorganisms
susceptible to tilmicosin, such as: Mycoplasma spp., Pasteurella
multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica, Actinomyces pyogenes and
Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae in calves and pigs.
BROCOSIN can be used for the control and the treatment of infections
in poultry and turkeys caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum (CRD),
Mycoplasma synoviae (arthritis/synovitis), Mycoplasma meleagridis (in
turkeys) and by Clostridium perfringens (necrotic enteritis).
Recommended for Chickens: For the treatment and prevention of
respiratory disease in chicken flocks, associated with Mycoplasma
gallisepticum and M. synoviae.
